What we say
Popular neighborhood video bar
This cruisy video bar is a regular stop for locals and vistors. In between popular music videos, watch popular TV shows (The Simpsons, Queer as Folk, Desperate Housewives, etc.) and funny TV clips with the crowd.

I used to come here when I was tired of talking to bar patrons and wanted to chill out watching videos. Of course, you can do that a lot more cheaply at home with a bottle of Jack and Netflix. Bartenders are indifferent, at best. At worst, they might overcharge you and then throw you out when you call them on it. Happened to me.

Totally loved this place one early saturday evening a few weeks ago. I met up with some friends there @ 7ish for some drinks before moving on elsewhere to dance. All in all, it was really fun and I plan on returning. And yes, I am new to the area.

Small space with some decent 80's tunes playing on a Saturday night. The place was full, so sitting down was a tough act. Found a spot, ran into some practicing drag queens and the photoshoot ensued! Had fun here!! The drinks were cheap ($4/beer) and the people we met were friendly enough. Good mix of young/old here. Several diffent videos playing for the music so lots of folks focused on the flat screen TV's and not the people in the crowd.

Was my second gay bar experience (the first was End Up). I was 21 and I may have been a bit awed since I barely came out. Nevertheless, it has stood the test of time. I am 36 and I enjoy it now more than ever

In my opinion, this is the worst bar in the Castro. It's all about watching TV. What?!? I can do that in my living room where the drinks are stronger and less expensive. Guys go there to pick-up on other guys, but they actually end-up with eyes glued to the boob-tube.
