It just doesn't work, and the fence decor is just plain tired. Better they should have taken a cue from the former longtime manager, Cip, and made it a mash-up bar, say leather and metal music, or something. There were maybe 6 people in gear besides the bar tenders, and maybe 25 people total. Time was near 11 pm, and the bar tender was friendly as hell, but no crowd and the ones that were there were a bit old.
