One of the latest additions to San Francisco's disco gay night life, BeatBox opened in 2011 with great fan fare that continues to ricochet up the dance charts. Located in SoMa, this industrial-style warehouse was converted into a sleek modern nightspot with state-of-the-art lighting and sound system that can host dance parties, live music, art installations, exhibits and performances. Creative types and exhibitionist can show off on the dance floor and voyeurs can enjoy the view from the mezzanine.
