Avoid

Went there on a Saturday night between 11pm - 1:30 am; what should have been a peak time, there were barely 20 people in there. And while they have some good play areas and spaces, the place itself is also relatively small for a sex club so even if it were happening, I can see one getting very bored there. Lastly the staff did not honor the advertised website discount. I'd avoid this place.

Take yer trick here!

I had never been to the Playspace - the club that previously occupied the spot above the little sex shop on folsom between 5th and 6th - mainly because I heard the club was in such disarray. The Brig is 100% new, clean, dimly lit, and full of places to explore. I've visited sex clubs all over the country (I wear my pig with pride), and I've never seen such a place so committed to letting guys have fun. There are no showers, no private rooms, and no places to hide. Thats the point. You don't come here to sit in a hot tub, you go to The Brig to have sex. My favorite spot is this little corner past the corridor into the back on the right. Just secluded enough to focus on getting down to business, but still open to bystanders and those who wanna "get in line." Benches and boxes are padded for comfort, and Fuck Alley is totally equipped to handle a dozen guys getting sling fucked, fisted, or bent over. Lastly, The Brig wants you to be safe because they care about you having fun, getting tested, and taking care of the community of horny guys in the bay area and beyond. Condoms and lube are everywhere but they won't patrol to see if you are wearing a rubber. Make the choice, and enjoy yourself.

More Fun Than I Expected ...

I have visited pretty much all of the places possible to have sex in SF and have to say, I had the most fun at The Brig. It is nice to finally have a place where you are not judged as harshly as most other places. You can be yourself here and have nothing to be ashamed of. I went on the night of Bear Crawl recently and, although there was a small crowd, I still had my share of fun. Guys come here to have a good time and leave all the superficial crap out of it. If you go to Gulch, right across the street, your chances of someone giving you the time of day because you are not "fit" or look like you just walked out of a magazine are slim. That is not the case here. Thank you for "cumming" into existence! I will be visiting again this weekend for the CumUnion event and I have no doubt I will be back many times after that. And the guys that work there are really nice as well. Another bonus!
