ROYAL TEETH
Royal Teeth's six members come from three cities across Southern Louisiana, a state known for its colossal musical output over the centuries. Now residing in New Orleans, their beat-centric sound is a technicolor addition to the legacy of Louisiana. On Act Naturally, the vocal duo of Gary Larsen and Nora Patterson provide heartfelt lyrics as the musicians travel through lavish, synth-infused soundscapes, boasting a brand all to itself that's not quite "dance pop" and not quite electronic.

GENTLEMEN HALL
A group of troublemakers living on the same floor in a college dorm were labeled "the gentlemen down the hall" in one of many complaints to the Resident Director about their loud jams and parties. Soon thereafter, the same group of jabronis organized the chaos into their own infectious brand of synthpop and rock. Their music has lent itself to high-energy live performances, earned them a VMA for MTV's Best Breakout Boston Artist of 2009 and the Boston Phoenix's Best New Act of 2010 (along with a signature smoothie at local Ben & Jerry's locations... help out the kiddies and buy one! A dollar from each goes to the Community Music Center of Boston!)
