I have won campaigns, and I have lost campaigns, and I can tell you that winning is definitely better. Thank you again to all of you who donated, volunteered and helped spread the word about my campaign for San Francisco Community College Board. Now it's time to celebrate. I hope many of you will be able to join me for a victory celebration on Monday December 17 from 6 to 8 pm at Blackbird (2124 Market Street).

Those of you feeling burdened by excess funds will certainly be afforded an opportunity to help retire my still-sizable campaign debt, but even if you are not able to make a financial contribution at this time, please do come. It will be great to see you.
