FUNlanthropy: Episode 1

FUNLANTHROPY: A NEW MONTHLY ROVING PARTY HOSTED BY LA MONI STAT, WHERE WE SHOWCASE OUR BEST AND BRIGHTEST AND RAISE MONEY FOR DIFFERENT LGBT CAUSES AROUND SAN FRANCISCO.
In the last couple of weeks, our community has experienced a severe and harrowing lost of one of our brightest, Tod Epperson. Over the years my personal relationship with Tod has gone far beyond the bar and club scene. He was one of my favourite sparring partners when it came to reading each other to filth. Anyone close enough to him knows that behind the scrim of sharp words there was a kind person who longed for more. Toadie as I called him much to his chagrin, is now a diamond in the sky, and probably reading me to filth from there. BUT out of the darkness comes the light, and with the cold winter giving way to spring, it is my honor to dedicate the first of my many fundraisers to his memory.
Together with the bar and staff of the LookOut, his friends, and his family, we honor hiis memory and raise money for SF SUICIDE PREVENTION you can find their website here http://www.sfsuicide.org and their facebook https://www.facebook.com/sfsuicideprevention.
And who better to Co-Host than one of his best friends, girl about town (and a bigger fag than most people I know) MS. SUZAN REVAH.
Suzan has been a rock through our collective grieving much like a lighthouse, a stalwart in our community, and simply "MOM" to her "Todler" . Nevertheless a tireless fundraiser, her mantra of "partying with a purpose" along with http://www.lovemygays.com has been conciously raising awareness while keeping the environment of fun.
So please join us, in celebrating new begginings starting this spring with FUNlantropy: Episode 1. Toadie
