That’s right - it’s that time of year again to beat that mug, get that hurr did, and SNATCH THE TROPHY – DRAGATHON 2013 sponsored by the Divas of SFGMC! And what is a Dragathon? Only THE event of the year where the Divas will crown our highest sponsor and queen of the night, with an amazing show and drag appearances by your favorite staff members and friends! So, mark your calendars for June 1st, 2013 from 5-7pm at Rebel! This is a date that you will NOT want to forget. This year’s theme is Show Your True Colors – we want all representations of drag. Show the world how you turn up and turn out! Our top fundraisers will get a prize! And our highest fundraiser will be in for a fabulous treat! The Divas of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus have dedicated themselves to raising funds for FAN (Financial Assistance Network) - the SFGMC scholarship fund which provides support to singing members who need help with paying dues, wardrobe, and travel expenses for outreach concerts. We strive to achieve a goal of making sure that anyone who has the talent and desire to perform with the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus can do so. Since inception the Divas have raised over $100,000. Please show up and show your support for the Divas and the contestants as they battle it out for the coveted title of Miss Dragathon 2013!
