It’s time for our annual service project at the SF Food Bank. Join us on Saturday, 12/14, 9:00am - 12:00pm, for our holiday service event. We get a lot done for people in need and we have a great time doing it. It’s time for our annual service project at the SF Food Bank. Join us on Saturday, 12/14, 9:00am - 12:00pm, for our holiday service event. We get a lot done for people in need and we have a great time doing it. In the past we have done an assembly line thing, dividing large quantities of food donated by local farmers and vendors into smaller portions for individual families. We won’t know exactly what we will be doing until that morning, but does it matter? This has been one of our most popular events – if you have volunteered for this one in the past, you know how productive and how much fun it is.
Since the Food Bank has space limitations, please respond that you will participate only if you REALLY will (we have reserved many spaces for G4G, but we need to provide the Food Bank with an accurate count).
ATTIRE: Close-toe shoes are required (they mean it). Because we’ll likely be helping repack food in the warehouse and it’s often cool there, casual clothing, long pants and dressing in layers are suggested.
SNACKS: G4G will provide the snacks you have grown used to seeing!
LOCATION: 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94107. Street parking is available; the south parking lot by the loading dock is also available.
WHERE TO REPORT: Enter the building through the Receiving Entrance (wipe the smirk off of your face) on the south side of the building near the loading dock.

See you there!
