On Feb. 12, we will gather at 3:45 at the base of the Grand Staircase in the Rotunda. At 4pm we will proceed to the Clerk's office where we have protested in years past -- instead this year we will thank them for marrying so many of us and our friends and community. At 5pm the City's official celebration of the 10-year Anniversary of the Winter of Love will begin in the Rotunda.
