Authentic Actor Acting Class Testimonials:
"Tina D'Elia's coaching, techniques and exercises opened me up to new
possibilities, improvisational spontaneity and a playful way to think
on my feet. I highly recommend her workshop to actors at all levels of
experience." Jacob Wylen, Professional Actor
Tina's breadth of experience working as both an actor and a casting
director really shined through in her "Authentic Actor" workshop.
Pulling from multiple methods, Tina works heavily on grounding oneself
physically, psychologically, and emotionally. Using these techniques,
actors both new and experienced can really start to take their scenes
to the next level. It was a joy learning from Tina. Her incredible
personality and wealth of knowledge makes signing up for her workshops a no-brainer.
Adam Harris, Professional Actor
"This was an outstanding class. Get there early so you don't miss the warm ups!"
Dhaya Lakshminarayanan, Professional Actor/ Stand-Up Comedian / Storyteller
“Tina's class is amazingly productive. I learn a lot about what to do before I cast for a role. It's all about preparation starting with a great attitude.”
Steve Lee, Stand-up Comedian, Storyteller, and Actor
"Just took Tina D’Elia's on camera acting class. It was enlightening and fun just like Tina. Tina is a wonderful teacher. I highly recommend her class.”
Marga Gomez - Actor/Stand-up Comedian/Solo Performer
"I recently attended Tina D`Elia`s acting class. It was a unique experience for me. Working with Tina is always exciting and satisfying. I look forward to her creativity and stimulation the next time we have the opportunity to do a scene together."
Ozgur Pamukcu, Actor
“Tina is the real deal. If you want to learn how to audition, this is your gal. Not only did I learn what I was doing wrong, I learned what I was doing right. If you want to learn how to own it when you walk into the room, take this class.” Michael Gomes, Actor
I just moved out to the Bay Area from NYC and was immediately connected with Tina D'Elia. With great excitement, I took Tina’s “Authentic Actor” class with the intention of learning from her, learning something about the west coast industry and getting connected. What I got from her class was that and so much more! Tina’s energy, techniques, exercises and coaching style (caring, attentive, and collaborative) inspired me and completely opened me up to thinking more creatively about my possibilities, my potential, my playfulness and most importantly my authenticity as an actor. From teaching us how to ground ourselves, to encouraging us to explore and embrace our authenticity in the multiple ways of approaching a scene, Tina took us to the next level of scene work.
This was indeed the best class I’ve ever taken and I highly recommend it to actors at all levels of experience.
Lea Robinson, Actor
With so many acting workshops to choose from, and little time between work, auditions and other things in life, it can be hard to decide which would be best suited for an individual. Tina makes the decision easy with her “Authentic Actor: On-Camera Acting Class”. Her personality is eccentric and professional, and she really takes a moment to get to know each participant so that everyone is left feeling satisfied with all of their questions answered. Most importantly, she has an authentic energy about herself, so the workshop name perfectly suits the occasion! I highly recommend this workshop to anyone and everyone.
