Help Pig and Pie Save Our Sign!
When we first moved in, we had our awnings made to match the existing DISCOLANDIA font. It actually effected how we designed and branded the rest of Pig and Pie
The DISCOLANDIA sign in front of our store has been a part of La Calle 24 for over 35 years--and we want to keep it. It needs a little love, but it turns out that kinda love costs money.

We will need skilled construction and electrical persons to troubleshoot and bring it back from it's current state. We have applied for a grant from which we have not heard back. It is a matching grant, so we will still need to raise over half the funds ourselves.
We especially want to repair the RECORDS sign since we now have a record bin you can come dig through. This will be another cost as the tube for the neon needs to be hand formed by a glass blower.
We have enlisted the help of a few artists to create Vinyl Record or Album Cover art featuring the Latino Artists, Performers and Musicians whose music would have been a part of DISCOLANDIA's repertoire.
Some artwork will be up for sale in the form of a silent auction.
We are pleased to feature the DiVINYL work of Patricia Rodriguez, peep a few of her pieces.
DJ Martina la Latina will be donating her time to play the music of our featured artists and some other greats whose records would have been found in DISCOLANDIA's bins.
