OTW4 is the fourth installment of Off the Wall, a performance screening series. O,O is a dance piece created by Deborah Hay. O,O premiered at Danspace Project in New York City in 2005. It lasted about 55 minutes. It featured five performers: Jeanine Durning, Neil Greenberg, Miguel Gutierrez, Juliette Mapp, and Vicky Shick.
A recording of O,O was made a short time later. That recording will screen at CounterPulse on November 4, 2015, in anticipation of appearances/performances that week by both Deborah Hay and Jeanine Durning at CounterPulse as part of Rewriting Dance, the Bridge Project 2015 by Hope Mohr Dance.
The evening will also feature a short onstage conversation between Hope Mohr and Jeanine Durning, who will be in attendance.

Off the Wall is a sporadic series devoted to screening performances of enduring interest and relative obscurity, also known as Wednesday night movie night with popcorn and the occasional surprise topping.

Hope Mohr Dance's Bridge Project is co-presenting this installment of Off the Wall. The Bridge Project brings notable choreographers to the Bay Area for residency and performance. By convening aesthetic conversations that reach beyond the region, the Bridge Project deepens local critical discourse around dance and positions the Bay Area in the global performance community. Deborah Hay and Jeanine Durning are the 2015 Bridge Project artists.
