HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK WORKSHOP at The Center SF An Adventure in Self-Discovery with Loriel Starr and Stacia Butterfield There will be a FREE Introductory Talk on Holotropic Breathwork the Friday, the 15th before the workshp. (see below for more details) (RSVP required) Many traditions throughout the world have used the breath as a method of journeying within for guidance, healing and self-transformation. Holotropic Breathwork utilizes sustained deep breathing and a dynamic musical soundscape to activate a healing process within the psyche.
