Speaker Bio:
Tim Kwong USF MBA ‘14 has dedicated his life to never truly working, but rather getting paid to do the things he is most passionate about. Tim’s career started out in the music industry where he worked in marketing and promotions for CBS Radio. During his tenure at CBS, he collaborated closely with artists including Green Day, Foo Fighters, & Radiohead, while producing concerts and one of a kind music experiences - including Lady Gaga’s first appearance in San Francisco.
Sensing a change in the music industry, Tim relaunched his career along a new path with one of the most of recognized brands in the world, Nintendo. While at Nintendo, Tim also earned his MBA degree from the USF School of Management. Currently, he serves as a Marketing Manager at Nintendo on the portables business, including both the Pokémon and Nintendo 3DS brands.
