BEER BUST FUNDRAISER IN SUPPORT OF RE-ELECTING RAFAEL MANDELMAN FOR CCSF BOARD OF TRUSTEES Rafael has been a tireless advocate for the gay community, residents of District 8, and a champion for City College. He is currently President of the Board of Trustees for City College and running for re-election.
