In the 10 years since that first purchase, the Land Trust has grown - to 12 buildings, with 102 units housing 175 San Franciscans, and growing! Come take part in celebrating the exciting growth of the Land Trust over the last 10 years - and our roots at 53 Columbus Avenue. We are honored to feature guest speaker and Land Trust Co-Founder James Tracy, whose leadership was essential to making the long-fought for purchase of 53 Columubs Avenue happen. James has graciously agreed to sign 10 copies of his highly regarded book, "Dispatches Against Displacement - Field Notes From San Francisco's Housing Wars" as part of the fun and exciting night.
