Clearing Inner Anger: Kundalini for Healing & Increase Joy!

Our minds produce 1,000 thoughts per wink of the eye. These thoughts either become feelings that lead to emotionally charged desires that are either are fulfilled or get stored in the mind. It is this overload of the mind that weighs us down, that stresses us out. This weight we know of as "baggage" and it can become tremendously heavy, yet we become accustomed to carrying it. Carrying around our baggage consumes vast amounts of our inner energy, slowing us down in body, mind and spirit impeding our growth, healing, and evolution. In this Kundalini workshop we will focus on: - - Clearing out the old hidden anger that blocks us from being our best, most creative selves Burning out the old, limiting and unprocessed mental, emotional and karmic baggage - Cleansing the mind of subconscious fears and unconscious habits Through the revitalizing practice of Kundalini yoga, we will use breath work, movement, mantra, meditation and gong to promote balance, healing, upliftment and intuition.
