Maryam Rostami
Maryam Farnaz Rostami has made performance-based work in San Francisco for the last 8 years, both solo and ensemble. She is a co-founder of Nicole Kidman is Fucking Gorgeous and founder of MFR Productions. Her latest one-woman show, Late Stage San Francisco, played at the ACT Costume Shop in August 2015. In addition to writing and creating movement, she works in the world of architecture as a designer, and has been a maker for as long as she can remember.
Amaryllis DeJesus Moleski
Amaryllis DeJesus Moleski is an artist who uses culturally “classed” materials to create 2-D and performative work that explores how we might be programming our future in relationship to systems of marginalization. She is concerned specifically with the futuristic femme myth as it applies to queer and of color communities.
DeJesus-Moleski has been featured in numerous arts publications including HyperAllergic and the Huffington Post. She has received awards and honors in the areas of visual art including the ArtLA Student Artist of the Year, All College Honors, and is an Alumni of the AICAD New York studio residency program. She has worked with organizations, museums, and galleries such as MOCADA, VOLTA NYC, Fade II Black Art Basel, AHA festival for progressive arts, Betti Ono, and The Brown Boi Project among others. DeJesus-Moleski has exhibited work in New York, LA, New Mexico, and the Bay Area. A recent graduate of the Individualized program at CCA, DeJesus-Moleski aims to practice the integration of multiple art forms as a way to make myth and tell the truth.
Kevin Simmonds
Kevin Simmonds is a poet and musician originally from New Orleans. His books include The Noh of Dorian Corey, Bend to it, Mad for Meat, and the edited collection Collective Brightness: LGBTIQ Poets on Faith, Religion & Spirituality.
Kyle Casey Chu a.k.a Panda Dulce
is a Fourth-Generation Chinese-American San Francisco native drag queen, musician and media artist. She has produced scores for award-winning feature films, toured with international acts, and has spoken on national radio, television, and universities across the US on issues of race, gender and justice.By day, Panda works as a Counselor at California College of the Arts. By night, she works as a panelist for MTV's Look Different Campaign, and as a correspondent for VICE LGBT.
