Like the Castro Gold's up Market street, this gym packs a lot of people and equipment into a relatively small space. Yet the friendly crowd and gayborhood proximity (and the gay enthusiasm for working out), combine to make this place quite the scene. It's also more diverse than the male crowd of Gold's, so consequently a bit more relaxed.
