Trendy, central located, near Moscone Center

Very hip / trendy hotel and bars. Comfortable place - music / DJ in the lobby bar often. Catering is excellent. Trendy food and cocktails. Great place to host a conference or a party when a conference is in town at Moscone Center!

Great place to meet friends

I often recommend the W to my friends from out of town. The location can't be beat, the rooms are comfy and the lobby is a great place to grab a drink and a light snack. I love that the lobby bar has a great tea selection as well as good drinks. There seems to be always a crowd, but never too crowded.

Swanktastic

The W is known for stylish, modern decor, and the SF hotel is no exception. Great location near the MoMA and all the shopping of downtown. If you like to have a cocktail before dinner or before going out, The W also has a great bar.

Loved it...

Great place to stay when visiting SF. Cool ultra-lounge atmosphere. Wonderful locations. Oh, and the beds are just perfect.

swanky cool place

check out the lobby bar and the second floor lounge. they are great places to meet a friend for a drink, both in terms of location right next to parks and museaums downtown, and also because of the great interior design space
