Iconic Castro Restaurant Locale Reemerges, Creole Style
Longstanding diner The Bagdad Cafe shuddered, making way for this truly inventive and delicious new Creole-southern concept restaurant. Only time will tell if this can take the helm of its predecessor, but their menu and packed houses at soft openings in May 2011 are great indicators for a new Castro dining destination.

Great Southern Eats at the former Bagdad spot
I really enjoyed this new take on dining at the former Bagdad Location. I mean chicken and waffles, shrimp po-boys and fried oystrers, what's not to love! I can't wait until they open up their menu for brunch!
