This place is one of the reliable places to grab a quick and inexpensive meal. I love the proscuitto pizza, its light (not much cheese) but filling at the same time. Overall i recommend this place, not as a must stop, but as a great pre-bar stop or a lunchtime break while you are in the hood.

I have been to Firewood several times not because the food is top-notch but because the food is pretty decent and reasonably priced. With the current economy being frugal is very important. This place has a good ambiance for first dates specially if you and your date want to go dutch. Do try their yummy Honey-Dijon Glazed Rotisserie Chicken served with their signature fire-roasted new potatoes!

I love this place for a quick meal and seeing friends. They have rotisserie chicken with these incredible potatoes. Thinnest pizza in town. Fresh salads with bread.
