Dances from the Heart 2

The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation invites you to the second annual “Dances from the Heart” benefit performance featuring dancers from many top Bay Area dance companies and taking place on Sunday, April 28th at the Palace of Fine Arts Theater. Last year’s premier performance was simply dazzling.

Tickets available at or by calling 415-273-1620.

Patron level supporters purchase tickets at any of our Patron ticket levels which include VIP seating and listing in the program based on ticket level purchased and are invited to attend the dessert party with the cast following the show as well the benefit launch party a few weeks before the benefit.

The mission of this event is to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS prevention and care while promoting the art of dance in the San Francisco Bay Area. Beneficiaries of this event include Larkin Street Youth Services and Bay Area Young Positives and a grant will also be made to the Parachute Fund of Dancers’ Group, a program to provide emergency grants to members of the dance community living with HIV and AIDS.

“Dances from the Heart” was the first time the dance community has come together to raise funds for a cause such as AIDS and we’re truly honored to have been a vehicle to help make this happen. Our goal is to make this one of the Bay Area’s premier, annual benefit events uniting the Bay Area dance community in a common cause.
