Plase that you want to come back to and stay again
Very nice and cozy place. Breathtaking view of a distant downtown from your bedroom window. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Really enjoyed my stay. Place is in some 15 min bus ride from Downtown and Castro. There are many frequent bus services in the area. Good value for money. Would like to stay again.
Room with a view!!
Waking up in the morning, being overwhelmed by that spectacular view of downtown S.F. But on top of that, there are two very nice and helpful hosts and they are treating you like you are part of the family!! You are not a tourist anymore!!! What more can you expect?!
Unforgettable !!
A warm welcome, a pretty house and an unbelievable point of view on down town. Definitely yes: all the indregients for a successful and unforgettable stay !!!!
Great time
I've spent a full wonderful week in the Bernalview in April 2010, it was a great stay, the place is clean, neat, cozy and above all the owner is friendly. I can still remember that charming view of San Francisco I had from my room window, especially at night; and being located not far from the Castro area makes an ideal place to stay... would definately be my choice to stay at when I visit San Francisco again. a great stay in San Francisco
Twice I went there, the first time in august 2008, the second time in march 2009, some of my friends went to stay there too in june 2010, all what we could say is that the owner is very helpfull and his place lovely, well situated, an easy access to all of the city, a Must when it comes to a great place to stay at. His house is very charming, has a nice garden, a very quaint and peacefull place it is , indeed. All is perfect, in any ways, from the room that is offered to the entire surrounding. Having experimenting, myself, some other places to stay at, many years ago, I found a haver of peace in that place. Very warmly, I must say that it is certainly one of the best place to stay at in San Francisco! I will go there, in spring, back again, for a new good experience of this city and certainly in this beautiful house! Gilbert-Franck from Paris
