Peet's Coffee

(12 Ratings)
Definitive first-stop coffee in the Castro
The Peet's Coffee on Market Street might seem like an another unassuming chain coffee shop. In reality, it is the desitnation point in the neighborhood to hangout, grab a great coffee and find out what is going on. Run into friends, poke fun at the street traffic, pet the dogs or just pop in, you will never be upset that you did. Better coffee than Cafe Flore across the street, but the seating is not as good unless you get one of the coveted sidewalk spots.

The best coffee

These folks are professional at selling and serving coffee ... Peet's set the bar for the best coffee in town years ago. They sell everything related to coffee, and if you like your coffee strong and black, this is the place!
