Dottie's True Blue Cafe

(3 Ratings)
If you have the time, Dottie has the goods
Dottie's is a breakfast joint with a serious following. On weekends expect to wait upwards of an hour to be seated in the cozy little space. That being said, it's worth every minute. The food is unbeatable, and makes every other breakfast you've ever had pale in comparison.

An oasis in the Tenderloin

I give Dottie's food 13 stars out of 5. I'd put it in my top three breakfasts ever. It's in a bit of a dicey part of town, but the bums are mostly harmless in the morning. I take off one star for the wait--it's out of control. If you don't want to stand in a two hour line on the weekends, go elsewhere.
