Fun Dive Bar

A very fun place that is a total dive bar. Nice bartenders, except for one. You will notice the Southern rude boy when you get there. Rick and Jose are the best bartenders there. Stiff drinks, porn and down to earth crowd. My favorite bar in SOMA. Great job Scott!

sexy raw bar!

It's got hot videos, manly crowd, cruisy, dark patio but, they stop any action from happening. They have sexy theme parties do charity events and is The Best bar for Folsom!

Fun Events - ChickenBear was a fun, campy event

We went to the ChickenBear event this weekend and had a great time. We went with a group of four friends after the movie Sunday night and watched the ChickenBear Thanksgiving competition. This is a classic leather bar with a bit of a twist, because they had a fun show and then afterwards went back to good music. The gogo boy in his black jock strap wasn't too hard on the eyes, either. Neither were the bartenders - everyone very friendly and welcoming. A place that feels true to the Leather tradition without adding the attitude that can sometimes come with that.

Classic Leather Bar Feel

Powerhouse is what many leatherbars aspire to, but don't quite get to. An enticing combination of faint sleaze (backroom with smoke and very friendly men), boisterous friendly crowd, and testosterone-fueled and alcohol-fueled cruising always makes for a good time when I visit SF. The friendlier you are, the friendlier the crowd. My only quibble would be that it doesn't really "feel dangerous" and exciting. It's a good basic sexy leather place, but not a great place - neither legendary, nor pushing any boundaries. "Old Reliable" might say it all.
